Gua sha originates from ancient China where it was used as folk medicine to treat everyday ailments. It has been revised as a beautifying facial, neck, and decollete treatment. A gentle protocol is practiced with a variety of flat, smooth, healing stones that are shaped to contour the face. The stones in conjunction with the correct manipulations smooth the appearance of wrinkles, naturally lift sagging skin, and assist in eliminating stagnant lymph. The result is rejuvenated and glowing skin.
